Our Apples are from Western Sichuan Plateau. Every apple from Kaisen is carefully selected.

There are majestic snow-capped mountains, blue seas, sacred Buddhist temples, green grasslands... fertile land, natural high-quality spring water, abundant sunshine and abundant precipitation, making this land a rich and fertile land.

Not all red apples can be called sugar heart apples. The sugar heart is a gift of nature, because our orchard is located in Western Sichuan Plateau, which is very close to the sun, and very far away from the cities. The sugar is emitted from the core to the flesh at the high temperature during the day time, and the temperature of the plateau at night suddenly drops, causing the sugar to condense, repeating the cycle, and the accumulated sugar is formed in the 80% of the fruit around the core. A unique transparent rock candy heart like honey is formed.
